Whether you've been away from Pawp for a while or your membership was recently terminated, we make it easy to reactivate your membership! From the Care tab of our mobile app, tap on Get Care and complete the intake questionnaire. Tapping on Chat With A Veterinary Professional will bring up the reactivation screen.
Tap on Get Started, tap on Credit Card, add your payment method information, and tap on the Activate button to reactivate your membership.
Please Note: Reactivation offers and trials may or may not be available on a revolving basis. If you do not see a signup offer, then no offers are currently available.

To reactivate the Emergency Protection Add-On, navigate to the Protect tab and follow the instructions on screen to access the add-on.
