While Pawp has moved its care experience entirely in-app, you may still use a desktop or mobile browser to access our website, account management features, and account documentation.
If you need to speak with a Pawp veterinary professional, you should log in to the Pawp app (iOS or Android) and tap on Get Care.

Membership & Billing
In the Membership & Billing tab, you can see your current membership and billing information. It is possible to purchase optional add-ons in this section as well as cancel a membership or add-on.
If you have existing Pawp Pharmacy orders, click on Pharmacy Orders to bring up that information. You can see current and past orders as well as any existing auto-ship orders. In this view, it's possible to cancel existing autoship orders or see shipment information.
