Access to our in-house team of veterinary professionals and other care features are available exclusively on the Pawp app (available on iOS and Android). We know members will have questions about these changes, and we've gathered some of the most common questions below.
Why does Pawp offer a mobile app-only care experience?
Pawp remains committed to providing the highest quality of care for all pets and their parents. Our goal is to put 360º holistic pet care in your back pocket. As we continue to introduce new state-of-the-art tools and features, we need to ensure we never compromise on that quality. Focusing exclusively on the mobile app allows us to iterate and improve our offering so we can deliver a consistent and exceptional healthcare experience for all members.
Can I manage my Pawp account via the website?
You may still log in at pawp.com via a desktop or mobile browser in order to manage your account details and pharmacy orders, but you will no longer be able to review care plans or initiate any visits with Pawp’s veterinary professionals outside of the mobile app.
