Pawp's Emergency Protection is an optional coverage plan that provides up to $3,000 for one unexpected, life-threatening medical situation per year. This financial protection can be applied to any of the six pets (cats and dogs) on your account, but can only be used one time per year for one pet on your account.
Getting The Emergency Protection Add-On
To purchase this add-on, navigate to the Membership & Billing tab in your membership portal. Click on the Gear icon and select Add Ons.
You'll be taken to the Add-Ons tab where you can click Add under the Emergency Protection coverage option. On the Emergency Protection Review page, you'll select Get Financial Protection to opt into Emergency Protection coverage.
Alternatively, you can visit the Protect tab to activate or reactivate your Emergency Protection.
Emergency Protection Holders: If you cancel your base membership, the Emergency Protection will continue to be billed until the end of your current membership year, unless you cancel it.
