To log in to your membership portal, please visit the login page. You'll be asked for your account email address and the password entered at signup. Enter this information, hit Sign In, and you'll be greeted with the membership portal.

Your membership portal provides access to your Pawp membership benefits and features. From this portal, you can chat with the Pawp Vet Pro Team or place an order through our Pharmacy - among other things!

Sign in With Phone Number

If you signed up for membership using your phone number, you will not need an email address to log into Pawp. Instead, upon sign in, enter your phone number, at which point you'll receive a text message with an authentication code. Once you receive the code, simply enter it in on your screen and you will be redirected to your account portal where you can connect with our vet pro support team.
