When you place an order through Pawp Pharmacy, you'll receive order updates from placement through fulfillment and delivery via email. We generally ship out orders within 48 hours of purchase and expect them to arrive within five business days of order placement. Once your order is shipped out, you'll receive tracking information via email.
You can also check the status of your order(s) at pawp.com or via the Pawp iOS and Pawp Android apps. From the membership portal at pawp.com, you can click on Pharmacy Orders to view your orders and updates for those orders. You can tap on Account > My Pharmacy Orders in the Pawp iOS or Pawp Android app to view this information.
