At Pawp, we understand that veterinary clinics often have strict payment processes and protocols in place. Pawp isn't a traditional pet insurance product, so we provide a direct payment to your clinic on behalf of our mutual client in a covered emergency. We strive to provide payment in the same timeframe it takes to complete treatment and discharge the pet.
Once we've received the final invoice from your team, our team will review the invoice for any discrepancies within 30 minutes. After that, we'll give you a call to the number listed on the invoice and provide a payment method (normally a one-time use credit card) on behalf of the client.
