Pawp isn't a traditional pet insurance product, so we provide a direct payment to your clinic on behalf of our mutual client in a covered emergency. We strive to provide payment in the same timeframe it takes to complete treatment and discharge the pet.

Once the final invoice is available as treatment is wrapping up, you can contact our payment processing team and receive payment over the phone for services provided. We review the invoice in real time and issue out payment in a simple and quick manner so that your office can focus on its clients!
