After starting a video chat with the Pawp Vet Team, your computer or smartphone will launch the camera interface. You'll see our friendly Pawp Vet on the other end as well as a smaller view of your own camera. You can then start chatting with the vet like any other chatting platform.

Since most smartphones feature front and rear cameras, the video chat platform may default to your front-facing camera. Fortunately, you don't have to complete the video consultation with that awkward point of view. Changing your video (or even your audio) source couldn't be easier!

Step 1: Click the Settings (...) button at the bottom left of your screen.

Step 2: Under "Video sources:", you'll see options for the front-facing and rear-facing cameras. Select your rear-facing camera by tapping "facing back". The platform will then change to the rear-facing camera to complete the video consultation.

Using this particular camera should provide the best experience for including your pet in the video consultation, whether you have a general question or want to activate the emergency fund!

Tip: You can also change the audio source in this menu to switch between your device's microphone or a Bluetooth headset/earphones.
