There is a mandatory 14 day wait period before your Emergency Fund is available to use towards a veterinary emergency. The wait period cannot be modified or adjusted in any way. We'll send you an email notification when your waiting period is over and your Emergency Fund is available for use.
If you have just signed up and a Pawp Veterinary Professional determines your pet may be having an emergency and needs immediate care, the $3,000 fund will not yet be at your disposal. If you cancel and later reactivate your account, you will have a mandatory 14 day waiting period after reactivating.
Please note, you do have access to our team of licensed Veterinary Professionals via chat and video during the waiting period.
