The Pawp Emergency Fund covers unexpected and life-threatening pet emergencies so you don't have to deal with financial stress in an already stressful situation. An emergency is considered any serious, unexpected, and often dangerous or life-threatening situation requiring immediate medical attention.

Surgeries, including spaying and neutering, are only covered if your pet requires emergency surgery and Pawp Vets have activated your emergency fund. Emergency surgeries can be covered using your emergency fund.

In most cases, spaying and neutering procedures are scheduled in advance, and would therefore not be considered an emergency and would not be covered.
