To speak with a veterinary professional, sign in to your account here. Then, select Talk to a vet professional or Having an emergency on the Home tab. From here, you'll be asked to select the reason why you need to speak to a veterinary professional, and whether you want to chat with a veterinary professional or have a video call.
After selecting, you'll be matched with a veterinary professional to help you with all of your questions and concerns 😊.
You'll be prompted to select your pet and then the reason for the video or text chat.

Troubleshooting Audio/Video Issues:
In order to connect to a video call, you'll need to enable video and audio on your device. If it's your first time connecting to a video call on Pawp, an automated prompt will ask you to enable both of the these before connecting you. Select "Allow" for both, and you'll be connected to the next available veterinary professional.
