We accept payment from any major credit card providers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), prepaid cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
We do not accept money orders or payment by check.
You're able to select PayPal instead of a credit or debit card to pay the monthly membership fee.
Step 1: Complete the Pet Info section in the signup process.
Step 2: Complete the About You section in the signup process.
Step 3: On the Review Plan section, select Continue to Checkout.
Step 4: You've now been brought to the checkout page. Select Pay With PayPal to launch a separate window to authorize your payment with PayPal.
Step 5: You'll be prompted to log into your PayPal account with your email address or phone number and password.
Step 6: At this point, you'll reach the authorization page for PayPal. You can select your payment method tied to the PayPal account (if there are multiple options) or default to using your general PayPal balance for payments. Hit Agree & Continue.
Step 7: The previous pop-up window will either close automatically, or you'll manually close the window to return to the checkout page on Pawp.com. You'll need to create a password for your Pawp.com Membership account and hit Pay $24.00 to complete the checkout process.
Please note: The window below will look slightly different after completing Step 6. The card information text field should be grayed out, and you'll only need to choose a password to finish this process.
