We've made it simple for you to manage your Pawp membership on your own time and terms. If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, please follow the instructions outlined below!
Cancel a membership at pawp.com
While logged in at pawp.com, navigate to the Membership & Billing tab > Click the Gear icon next to Plan Status > click Cancel Your Plan. You'll be presented with a quick cancelation process, and then your membership will be canceled.
After canceling your membership, you'll retain membership benefits through the current billing period. This typically means through the current billing month for monthly memberships and through the current billing year for annual telehealth memberships.
Note: If you have a free annual telehealth trial, such as T-Mobile Tuesdays members or anything similar, access to membership benefits ceases immediately upon cancelation without exception. Once the trial converts to a paid membership, your membership benefits will remain accessible through the current billing period in the event of cancellation.
Cancel a membership on iOS or Android
From the Pawp iOS or Pawp Android app, tap on Account in the bottom navigation bar.
What happens to my add-on(s) if I cancel?
If you have the Emergency Fund or Flea & Tick Protection add-ons, and you cancel your Pawp membership, your add-ons will cancel at the end of the term for the base Pawp membership. This means add-ons will generally cancel immediately for members in a trial period and at the end of the annual payment term for paying members.
