After your Emergency Protection claim has been approved, you'll receive an email and push notification from us. The email will contain instructions for accepting and scheduling your payment. Alternatively, you can handle the same actions by visiting the Protect tab in the Pawp app.
When you start the acceptance process, you'll be asked to select between ACH E-Payment and Mailed Check to your physical address. There is no additional fee for either option, so choose the one that works best for you!
Please Note: The amount you'll be paid by Emergency Protection will be listed on this page. Verify this information for accuracy, and don't forget that anything that's not covered by Emergency Protection in an approved claim is deducted from the final payment.
