What is Autoship?
Autoship conveniently allows you to set up Pawp Pharmacy orders with automated shipping. At checkout, you'll see an Autoship option for eligible products, where you can choose the delivery cadence from various options. Some products are even eligible for an Autoship discount! By choosing Autoship, you won't need to worry about remembering to reorder your pet's most important or most used products.
When will I be charged for my Autoship order?
When you place your initial Autoship order, we’ll charge your payment method as soon as the order is submitted. For future Autoship orders, we’ll charge your payment method based on the delivery frequency you chose in the initial order. Your payment method should be charged roughly the same day every month, give or take a business day. Based on your delivery preferences, that means you’ll be charged every 30, 90, or 120 days.
