Cancel Autoship/Pharmacy Orders On Our Website
Log into your membership portal at pawp.com. In the main menu, you'll see and want to click on Pharmacy Orders. The My Orders tab provides a running ledger of your past orders and current Autoship orders. Click on View Order to manage that particular order. You can cancel future Autoship orders on a per-order basis from this screen.

Cancel Autoship/Pharmacy Orders On Our Apps
Similarly, you can access My Pharmacy Orders from the Pawp iOS or Pawp Android app. Tapping on that button will take you to My Orders, where you can view current and past orders. You can cancel any active Autoship orders from this screen as well.
