Lemonade is one of Pawp's pet insurance partners, and you can purchase a Lemonade policy right inside the Pawp app instead of going to a separate website. Here's what that means for your payments and billing.
Am I paying Pawp for my insurance?
No. Your policy is provided and billed by Lemonade, not Pawp. Even though you complete your purchase inside the Pawp app, your premium is paid directly to Lemonade — and the charge on your bank or card statement will appear as Lemonade, not Pawp.
Does Pawp store my payment information?
No. When you purchase your Lemonade policy in the app, you enter your payment details for Lemonade's billing. Pawp doesn't store your payment method or process your payment premium.
Who handles my billing after I buy?
Lemonade does. All payments, billing, claims, coverage changes, and renewals are managed directly by Lemonade. Pawp never processes or manages your insurance payments — we simply make it easy to find and start the right coverage.
