When you request a quote, Pawp securely shares the details needed with our insurance partner automatically. This includes your email, first name, last name, ZIP code, and your pet’s name, species, age, breed, gender, spay or neuter status, and any known medical conditions.
Do I purchase the policy directly through Pawp?
Not quite. You will purchase the policy directly from our insurance partner. Pawp helps you explore and get a quote, but when you’re ready to buy, you’ll be directed to the partner’s secure site to finalize your purchase. From there, the partner handles all billing, claims, and policy management — while Pawp makes finding the right coverage easy and quick.
Can I compare different coverage options before purchasing?
Yes, Pawp lets you view multiple quotes from our insurance partners, so you can easily compare coverage details, deductibles, and pricing before choosing the plan that best fits your pet’s needs and your budget.
Does Pawp receive any compensation from its Partners?

Why am I not seeing an offer from our insurance partners?
Offer availability can vary based on several factors, such as your location, pet type, breed, and other eligibility criteria set by each insurance partner. In some cases, one pet in your household may qualify for an offer while another may not — depending on each pet’s individual profile and the partner’s underwriting guidelines and limitations.
We display only the offers that are currently available and approved for your state and your pet’s details based on the information we have on file. If no offer appears, it means that currently none of our insurance partners have an active offer that matches your current information.
