💊 Why prescription visits have a separate fee:
Vets must be licensed in your state to prescribe meds.
These visits are scheduled, not on-demand.
The fee covers:
• Time with a licensed vet
• Pre-visit prep
• Compliance with state laws
• A smooth, safe prescription process

📅 Rescheduling & cancellations:
Free to reschedule up to 8 hours before your visit.
No refunds for cancellations (even if it's last-minute).
If you miss the reschedule window, you can keep or cancel—but no refund.
