Missing, rescheduling, or canceling your prescription visit

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that sometimes plans change. We want to make managing your prescription visits as stress-free as possible. Here’s what you need to know if you ever need to miss, reschedule, or cancel a visit:

Missing your prescription visit

It’s important to be on time and checked in for your prescription visit. If you miss your appointment or do not check in within the required time, your spot will be released and your visit will be considered missed. Missed visits are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling, as the veterinarian’s time was reserved specifically for your pet’s care.

Rescheduling and/or canceling your visit

You may reschedule your appointment up to 8 hours in advance. You can go to the Pawp app and select ‘manage visit’. If you are within the rescheduling window, you will be able to select a new date and time that works best for you at no extra cost.

If you try to reschedule outside of the 8-hour window prior to your visit, you will not be able to complete this action. You can either keep your appointment or choose to cancel. We do not offer refunds for these types of cancellations.
